Their site gives you a place to send them and email that they will NEVER return and no phone # so you can call then they are JERKS when you look up their # and call.They do not care a thing about you as a customer!
I will NEVER order through them again even though I love their products.
I am still angry from the way a rep talked to me....the nerve!!!
Do yourself a favor and just avoid the hassle by ordering through another company.No customer service = no customers before too long...I know they have one less now.
